june 2010 5-10-10 check out our new blog site for the jax farm project here: http://jaxfarm.tumblr.com/ we will be updating this frequently so keep checking back! 5-18-10 Jax Kitchen FARM.  we were approached by Noel Patterson (formerly with hacienda del sol + vintabla + incredible gardener) about the possibility of starting up our own farm + harvesting produce for jax... after a lot of thought, we have decided to go for it!  Ground breaking starts Saturday, our team, along with Noel and his will be volunteering to till the ground, install irrigation etc... our group is really excited.  We can't wait for you all to taste how great these flavors will be.  We should have our first crop of heirloom tomatoes by mid june... and Chef promises to feature a "from the garden" summer series... tasting menu which will change almost daily - depending on what we can harvest.... you are the first to hear about this, lots more to come + pictures of the garden developing. -The Farm is on! Last weekend was a big one for us...
